We’re seeking an ambitious Account Executive motivated by growth. This position is ideal for a mid-level candidate ready to transition from “Order Taker” to “Marketing Advisor.”  

At Muse, you’ll step into a role with endless potential. You'll solve client challenges with inspired strategies that have a transformative impact. No day is the same, with a client roster that includes high-profile regional businesses and global brands in food and wellness.  

On a typical day, you’ll engage in: 

• Client Management: Lead client communications for a select group of 6-8 clients, managing expectations around deliverables, budget, and timelines. Interpret client requests and feedback to the creative team.  
• Project Planning & Coordination: Write Creative Briefs. Take action on project plans and client requests by defining and prioritizing next steps in agency systems.  
• Proactive Thinking: Recommend tactical ideas and creative concepts to pitch incremental projects as opportunities arise. 
• Account Planning Support: Build solutions in collaboration with Account Manager and/or Brand Strategist. 
• Client Education: Help clients understand the value of the work and its connection to their business goals. Support Principal and Strategy team in facilitating client meetings and workshops.

• Willingness to roll up sleeves and wear multiple hats 
• Preference for working in a low-drama, high-performance environment 
• Fluency in branding and content marketing best practices preferred, but not required

To qualify, you must have: 

• 5+ years in a marketing service role; agency experience preferred 
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing/business/communications
